The easiest is blogs from Blogger.com for free WordPress blogs from WordPress.org which are free templates for blogs but you need to have a hosting account and a domain name to use. There is also WordPress.com, but this is not recommended for you cannot optimize them for Adsense ads or do a lot of monetizing with them to make money. If you are going to go into a totally free direction then use Blogger blogs. But once you start to make money online, it is highly recommended that you get a WordPress blog.
