How to Make Money Online at Home Has a New Look

How to Make Money Online at Home has a new look again. WordPress blogs can be a big pain in my backside. I am finally back up and running. AGAIN! I don’t know what happens but every time I think I am taking care of the backend details I screw up this site, especially with the wp-super-cache. Every time I upgrade that plug-in it breaks my site. Well I finally deleted it from my plug-ins. The only reason that I try to use this plug-in is because Hostgator insisted I use a cache plug-in. Guess it is time to look around and find something else to use.

I also decided to spend a couple of bucks and go with a premium theme. I like the new look, but as you can tell by the header “How to Make Money Online at Home” I am not a logo expert by anyone’s account. But I guess that is just cosmetic. Having a nice logo only means I may be an expert in making logos. That I am not. Will the theme make me more money? No! But since this is my home on the internet to try and help people make money online at home it is nice to have a decent first impression. Just like my physical home. I do like to keep that looking nice as well.

First impressions are important for any business. It would be harder to make money online with a business that looks like crap. I am not talking about a simple style sight or a plain site. I am talking about a site that has so much trash all over it, that you just want to grab a broom and clean it up. You have seen these type of sites. The ones that are selling everything under the sun in hopes that you will eventually click on something. They have very little in content and add no value to helping you out with your problem.

OOPS! just hit publish on here before I was finished.

You know it is a wonder I ever make money online with all the screw ups I make. I guess this only proves anyone can make money online even someone like me. I meant to hit preview and hit the publish button by mistake. Course if I did things the right way the first time maybe I would make a whole lot more money.

Anyways, I know I lost a few of my last posts. Not sure what will happen with those. I went into the cached files and noticed that this site has not been cached for a long time. Must be that the last template I was using had busted for quite some time. Guess checking to make sure Google is caching your sites is something people should be checking. Never thought about that before. If anyone knows what makes Google stop caching your posts I would be interested to know.

Now that How to Make Money Online at Home has a new look hopefully I can add some new life to this site. It has been extremely quiet for quite some time. Perhaps now I can focus on getting this site some authority the right way. It baffles me how I can get most of my other sites ranked well for their keyword yet this site, which I have had the longest, struggles so.

Ha, I scooted over from theinfopreneur to see your site Denise. I really like your laid back sense of humour. I’ll be back to soak up some more.

Hey thanks for stopping by and giving such encouragement.

@Lee, really appreciate you stopping by. I’ll make it a point to stop on by and say H-E-L-L-O.

@James, It really means a lot that you stopped by. I have used Bluehost before and I am afraid I would have a really hard time letting go of my Hostgator account.
I am definitely going to pursue the comment luv plugin and the threaded comment plugin. Would make things easier her.

I like the look of your website, I tried to submit a ‘contact me’ page and it wouldn’t let me so I’m doing it here. I have two websites hosted by seobloghost. The one above and another. I too use wordpress, although it’s had it’s problems I now for the most part have the kinks worked out. Anyway, I recently received an email from one of their (seobloghost) employee’s that had been helping me get my website built. She says that seobloghost are closing their doors- but that was it- no.. you need to switch hosts… or anything. I can’t get ahold of them for answers and have no idea how to switch hosts- since I already know wordpress I would like to keep them as my editor. Is there a good host you know of? What about my domain names? I am confused and don’t know much about the internet so I am lost. I really don’t want to loose all my hard work! Any (the more detailed the better) info would be much appreciated!
